The coastal low density residential district LDRC is established to implement comprehensive plan policies for areas designated LDRC on the comprehensive plan future land use map, these areas are situated on the north side of south roosevelt boulevard on the very narrow strip of uplands lying between the bridle path easement and jurisdictional waters and lands of the state as well as certain undeveloped lands east of atlantic boulevard which are located fully within the coastal high hazard velocity VE zone as delineated by the federal emergency management agency
