The purpose of ARA/I zone supports the continuation of the area focus as a center for the production and sales of tile, cabinetry, and other elements of dcor for residential and non residential buildings, while enabling reinvestment for a variety of commercial and light industrial uses that will be compatible with surrounding uses and to allow for industrial uses in the city, which shall increase the economic activity as being in close proximity to Miami International Airport and to retain and continue allowing industrial uses in the city
