Residential Commercial Planned Development
The intent of the RPD Residential Planned Development district is to support planned residential development, including permanent dwelling units and limited nonresidential uses, while enabling increased density and ensuring independence from city-subsidized services without negative impacts on the community or environment. The intent of the CPD Commercial Planned Development district is to support commercial development through flexible, master-planned projects that primarily provide consumer retail, office, and business services, while allowing for ancillary residential, lodging, health care, institutional, and selected light industrial uses in a coordinated development framework.
