MOR-1(R)(SP)
Mixed Office Residential Restricted District Sending Parcel
This district is intended to promote an orderly and logical development mixed low intensity office or low density residential use. The district will allow persons to conduct business in an office converted from a single family residence and reside in the building also. In any office converted from single family residence, only one business may be operated in the structure. Support facilities, such as family day care home, will be permitted and the district will discourage integration of noncomplementary land uses. The purpose of SP district is to provide land from which development rights may be transferred, also described as the transferring, or sending, location.
