Special Conservation Planning 10 Acres
The SCP-10 district applies to certain lands designated as problem areas and other land with similar characteristicswhere four plus significant problem exists. The purpose of this district is to provide for reduced human densities for lands containing characteristics such as, but not limited to, steep hillsides, geological hazards, difficultroadaccess, or soil or water problems, and to implement the policies of the General Plan. The minimumlotsize in the district is ten acres where the minimumlotsize for newly createdlotsshall increase as the average slope of thelotincreases forlotsover 15 percent average slope.
