Whiteface Residential Estate Specific Plan
The purpose of WF-RE(SP) district is that a maximum of sixteen residential Estate Lots are being proposed within the Specific Plan and these lots provide a transition from the estate residential and residential bungalow development to the north and south as part of the Specific Plan, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
