West End Open Space Specific Plan
The purpose of WE-OS(SP) district is intended as a safeguard for the protection and preservation of unique areas and the Open Space zone shall be applied to all parcels or portions of parcels which fall outside of the proposed development area of a planning unit, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
