West End Commercial Office Specific Plan
The purpose of WE-CO(SP) district implements the Office Commercial land use designation of the General Plan and is intended for development of professional offices and service commercial uses which will be in harmony with the adjacent industrial use areas and such uses include professional offices, and financial and business offices, Conditional uses include specialized service commercial uses, hotel or motel and eating establishments, except fast food restaurants, The standards for any base zone may be modified by the addition of the Specific Plan (SP) designation. This designation indicates that the land is controlled by a formally adopted Specific Plan which may impose zoning or development standards that are more or less restrictive than those specified by the SVMC
