This includes additional sign standards to convey directional information for locating the availability of routine and urgent medical services within the Simi Valley Hospital vicinity, thus promoting full service hospital facilities and related medical services within the City of Simi Valley. In addition, the Hospital Medical Overlay District provides standards for expanded parking locations, storage container setbacks, and buffering. The standards account for existing site conditions and restraints, as well as to facilitate future development potential.
