Light Industrial And General Commercial
The IL district is intended primarily for light industrial uses such as manufacturing, assembly, research and development and similar industrial uses, as well as limited commercial and office uses which are compatible and appropriate in this district. The GC district is intended for general commercial activities and services of more intensive nature. These uses would be located primarily along major transportation routes and would include major shopping facilities, major service-oriented uses, and major financial and corporate headquarters which are designed to serve the City or the region as a whole.
