TC-SPD-SR
Transportation Corridor Zone Special Planning Sacramento Railyards
The purpose of the TC zone is to regulate land uses within, above, and below public agency transportation corridors to ensure that development is consistent with the general plan, and to provide uniform standards for the development of ground rights and air rights within the corridor. The Railyards Special Planning District (SPD) establishes procedures to implement the policies, development standards, and design guidelines of the Railyards Specific Plan, which governs reuse of the Railyards site as a transit oriented mixed use district.
