Manufacturing Research And Development Zone Special Planning Mcclellan Heights Parker Homes
The purpose of the Manufacturing, Research and Development (MRD) zone is to accommodate innovative technology businesses and related support services, while allowing flexibility for transitional uses in areas where existing uses may be incompatible with planned development. The McClellan Heights and Parker Homes special planning district (SPD) is intended to establish development standards to implement the goals and policies of the McClellan Heights and Parker Homes land use and infrastructure plan, which encompasses a portion of the North Sacramento Community Plan.
