Central Business District Zone Special Planning Sacramento Railyards
The purpose of the C-3 zone also known and referred to as the central business district is to provide for the most intense residential, retail, commercial and office developments in the city. The Railyards Special Planning District (SPD) establishes procedures to implement the policies, development standards, and design guidelines of the Railyards Specific Plan, which governs reuse of the Railyards site as a transit oriented mixed use district.
