The goals of the Folsom Boulevard East SPD are to attract a greater mix of land uses to the area, maintain and improve the character, quality, and vitality of the area within the Folsom Boulevard East SPD and ensure compatibility between new non residential uses within the area and the surrounding residential uses and schools.
