General Commercial Zone Parkway Corridor Overlay Special Planning Northgate Boulevard
The purpose of the C-2 zone is to provide for the sale of goods, the performance of services, including repair facilities, office uses, dwellings, small wholesale stores or distributors and limited processing and packaging. The special development regulations for PC overlay zone serve to reduce those impacts that are incompatible with the maintenance of the American River as a natural resource. The intent of SPD-NB is to retain and encourage commercial and neighborhood office uses that serve the surrounding area and through traffic, thus maintaining the districts importance to the community.
