Limited Office And Mixed Use Design Review
The purpose of the limited office and mixed use design review is to provide sites for professional office space built at a residential scale that will serve as a transition between residential and commercial districts to allow service businesses that are quiet and compatible with the residential uses, meet performance standards as outlined in the general plan, provide a tool to encourage and facilitate redevelopment of certain areas by allowing a variety of commercial and residential uses that can be developed in a compatible manner, ensure that the mix of uses will be successfully integrated into desirable, cohesive districts and identify on the zoning map those properties where special design criteria or standards have been established in conjunction with city council action or where there is approval or adoption of a specific plan, area plan, neighborhood plan, redevelopment plan or similar planning effort
