RH
Residential High Density
The RH district is intended to provide areas for a variety of medium to high-density residential development. Housing types include single-unit attached, townhouses, condominiums, and apartment buildings at densities between fifteen and one-tenth and twenty-seven dwelling units per acre. Detached single-unit dwellings are allowed where site characteristics such as size or topography, preclude multi-unit development. This district also provides for uses such as schools, daycare centers, parks, and community facilities that may be appropriate in a higher-density residential environment. This district implements the high density residential general plan/LCP land use plan land use designation
