Estate Residential Specific Plan
The ER designation is intended to permit large lot, single family dwelling units with ancillary rural uses in areas adjacent to developed communities Small scale agriculture is permitted. The SP designation is intended to provide for planned development in areas outside existing communities, or on large parcels of land within or adjacent to existing communities The Specific Plan designation may also be applied to an area to provide direction for potentially conflicting or incompatible land uses The designation may also be used to plan for future land uses in the vicinity of, and access routes serving surface mining operations
