Qualified Open Space Extra Limited Height Hillside Construction Regulation
The purpose of the Open Space Zone to provide regulations for publicly owned land in order to implement the Citys adopted General Plan, including the recreation, parks and open space designations in the Citys adopted district and community plans, and other relevant elements, including the Open Space, Conservation and Public Recreation Elements and The purpose of the HCR District is to impose more restrictive grading limits and hauling operation standards than what is generally permitted by this Code in areas where the proposed district is adopted, thus reducing construction impacts.
