OS/R-A-5/PD-R

The open space zone is established to implement the open space or conservation element of the general plan and the public lands or parks land use designation. The R-A-5 zone is designed to include single family detached dwellings and to protect agricultural uses from encroachment by urban uses until residential, commercial or industrial uses in such areas become necessary or desired. The intent of the planned development zone is to encourage flexible, creative and comprehensive land use planning that integrates open spaces, supports diverse development and preserves unique site features.
