The purpose of the RD-M-Q residential density-multiple zone is to provide development of residential dwellings, one family, two family and multiple family dwelling and purpose of the C-T Commercial tourist zone is to provide for the development of tourist oriented attractions and commercial uses that serve the travel and recreational needs of tourists, residents, as well as employees of business and industrial centers and ensure such uses are compatible with and designed to protect surrounding properties, ensure safe traffic circulation, and promote economically viable tourist oriented areas of the city, and purpose of the Q qualified development overlay zone is to provide that development will be compatible with surrounding developments, both existing and proposed, insure that development occurs with due regard to environmental factors
