Commercial And Professional Office Planned Commercial Development
The regulations set out in this chapter shall apply in the C-O professional and administrative office zone unless otherwise provided in this title. The purpose of this zone is to designate areas suitable for business and professional office development. The C-O zone may also serve as a buffer between regional commercial and residential areas, It is recognized that an integrated development provides an opportunity for cohesive design when flexible regulations are applied. The planned commercial development zone is intended to allow for innovative design and diversification in the relationship of various uses, buildings, structures, lot sizes and open spaces while ensuring compliance with the general plan and the intent of the municipal code
