The principal purpose of the Residence Manufactured Housing District (R-MH) is to provide for a mixture of site built and manufactured housing in those residential areas wherein such mixture is deemed appropriate and compatible. In order to ensure visual compatibility between these housing types, and to eliminate negative perceptions which may otherwise have a negative impact upon property values, it is intended that all dwellings meet specific architectural criteria in addition to property development standards.
