The purpose of R1-7 is to provide high density district allowing the full spectrum of residential single family detached unit types within specified densities where adequate public facilities and services are available in the Urban Corridor tiers. R1-7 may serve as a transitional district between single family and multi family and non residential districts. This district is intended to allow a mix of residential unit types and densities to provide a balance of housing opportunities while maintaining neighborhood compatibility.
