The purpose of the planned development manufactured home subdivision commercial zoning district is to enable and encourage the development of alternative energy resources and permits light industrial uses that are enclosed or mostly enclosed and related uses that require large tracts of land, intended to be developed to accommodate manufactured or modular and site built homes on individually owned small lots as the principal use and intended to be developed to accommodate and preserve commercial areas that provide for a full range of commercial uses to serve the entire community
