Commercial Community Business Hualapai Mountain Road
The Community Business Hualapai Mountain Road (C-2-HMR) Zone is intended to provide for the development of limited business and service uses to serve community needs within the Hualapai Mountain Road Area Plan. Within this Zone specialized design standards require developments to be designed within a broad range of southwestern architectural styles that are compatible with surrounding buildings, as well as the colors and textures of the surrounding natural environment. These standards are intended to support the implementation of the General Plan by encouraging sound design principles, assuring compatibility of uses, preventing blight, and promoting and enhancing the public health, safety, and general welfare
