The purpose of the territory square zoning district is to allow for a more creative and flexible hybrid zoning mechanism that can be utilized to effectively implement the town-endorsed North End Framework Vision Plan. This zoning district is intended to accommodate, encourage and promote high quality and innovative residential, non-residential and mixed use development within a centralized area of Florence that is critical for the ultimate connectivity of historic and downtown Florence with suburbanizing areas of Florence north of the Gila River.
