NO

The NO neighborhood office district is intended to provide for low intensity commercial development in established single family residential neighborhoods. The standards provide for these uses to be compatible with, and similar in character to, the R1-18 low density residential zone. The primary main purposes of the NO zone is to provide for conversion of existing single family residential structures to more intense use at the time as the conversion becomes appropriate. This is a transitional zone and should be used to separate and protect the R1-18 zone from more intense land uses and zones, and from heavily traveled transportation routes.
