Contingency Multiple Dwelling
The purpose of the C Contingency District is to provide for an orderly arrangement of uses, and to provide residential property that is adjacent to potential commercial or industrial development, and single family residential property that is adjacent to potential multi family development, with enough land use protection so as not to adversely affect the health, safety, morals or convenience of the general public and the purpose of the D5 district is designed to allow for a range of medium to high density residential development characterized by multi family structures, uses in this district include multi family rental and condominium structures and townhouses, typically in large developments or mid rise and high rise buildings, schools, churches, and neighborhood serving public uses
